JOIN THE SKATE CITY SPEED TEAM
Practices & Exercises:
Off skate exercises start at 4pm sharp every practice until 4:30pm. They are optional, but they will make you stronger & faster. Be there to get FAST!!!!
Registered Inline Practice on Mondays 4:30pm - 6:30pm Cost is $5 for each practice.
If you are interested in learning more & getting a harder work out this practice is for you. This practice is for serious racers only. If you are interested in going to at least one race per month this season, this is the practice that will help you win. Please contact Coach Bill to see if you are eligible to come to Monday practices.
Quad and Inline Practice on Wednesdays 4:30pm - 6:30pm Cost is $5 for each practice.
(6:30pm - 8:30pm session included in price)
This practice is for all speed team members whether you skate on quads or inlines. We will work on improving your skating technique, endurance plus a lot more.
Attire for all practices:
HELMETS are required
Shorts
T-shirt
